TRAVEL RESTRICTION TO UNITED KINGDOM
As of September 22, 2021, at 03.00 GMT, the regulations for our TK flights to England will change and Turkey will be taken from the red list to the amber list. Accordingly, it is requested from sales agents to pay utmost attention to the following issues, carefully examine the rules specified in the links given in the announcement. passenger must meets the following conditions;
Take a negative proof COVID-19 test : Passenger must submit a negative Covid-19 test done within
3 days of arrival in the UK prior to travel. Accepted negative Covid-19 test rules and exceptions
are indicated in the link https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-testing-for-people
Book and pay for COVID-19 tests : Before travel, the passenger must have booked for the Covid
19 test/tests package, which must be after his arrival in the UK as per the authority rule. If the
passenger is fully vaccinated under the following programs, he is considered fully vaccinated by
the British authority. If the passenger is within the scope of full vaccination according to the
British authority, passenger shall submit the test package booking to the station officials, which
will be applied within 2 days after his arrival in the UK. If the passenger is not within the scope of
the full vaccination, the passenger must obtain the test package for the test which will be on the
2nd and 8th days.
The test package should be checked according to this rule by the station officials. https://www.gov.uk/find-travel-test-provider. If the passenger’s PLF status is VACCINATION STATUS FULLY EXEMPT, the confirmation of the test package for the 2nd day must be checked by the station officials, and then the passenger must be accepted to the flight. If the passenger’s PLF status is VACCINATION STATUS NOT EXEMPT, the confirmation of the test package for the 2nd and 8th days must be checked by the station officials, and then the passenger must be accepted to the flight.
Full vaccination conditions:
UK vaccination programme, approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
UK vaccine program overseas, approved by the MHRA. British overseas territories, residents of
the Channel and Isles of Man, royal officials, civil or military personnel of the UK government,
resident or stationed overseas.
A vaccination program approved in the USA and Europe: For Europe, full vaccination is required
in a European Union Country or in Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino,
Switzerland and the Vatican. If vaccinated in a different European country, it is not accepted by
the authority. The vaccine must be approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or by
Swiss medic for Switzerland. Even if the passenger is within the scope of fully vaccinated, he must
present a negative Covid-19 test result specified in Article 1 and the test package reservation,
which will be within 2 days of his arrival in the UK, at the first departure point before his departure.
There is no home quarantine requirement for these passengers.
Complete a Passenger Locator Form : The passenger must fill in the online PLF form, the details

of which are given in the link https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk , within 48 hours of his arrival in the UK before his trip.
CHILD AND YOUNG PASSENGERS:
Our passengers within this scope aged 4 and under do not need to take any Covid-19 travel tests.
Passengers between the ages of 5 and 17 within this scope must submit a negative Covid-19 test within the scope specified in article 1 before their travel to England. These passengers must purchase their Covid-19 test package reservations prior to their travel, which will be on the 2nd and 8th days after their arrival in the UK. The test package should be checked according to these conditions by the station officials.
Passengers within this scope will stay in quarantine for 10 days in their own homes or in the places where they will stay.
